If you don't need quite so much space, I will consider renting the main part of the house alone without the apartment. Price would be 10% lower than rates above. This option is not available July 1 - Labor Day.
Returning renters receive a 5% discount.
Payment method: Check or money order. Sorry, no credit cards or wire transfers
Deposit: $600 will reserve your booking, refundable in full for a cancellation
at least 3 months before the rental was to begin. If you cancel after that date, I will try to
find a renter to take over your lease. Deposit will be returned after
rental minus damages.
First payment: 50% of rental cost due two months ahead of rental
Second payment: 50% of rental cost due one month ahead of rental
Rental Policies

Monthly or longer rentals are preferred; shorter rentals will be considered to fill up the calendar.
Full year rental also available
Rent includes a built-in charge for laundering linens and towels; guests will be given instructions on how to use a very convenient pick up/drop off laundry service.
Check in is 2 pm, check out is 10 am to allow for housecleaning
. Turnover day: for Summertime weekly rentals, the best turnover day is Friday; on Saturdays, parking is very difficult.
Absolutely no prom parties or high-school age groups. At least two responsible adults over the age of 30 must be in your party
